Beginning Hand Piecing $35

This is a wonderful introductory class into the world of hand piecing. You will learn how to make templates, mark your fabric, cut, and stitch, all by hand. Make three common quilt blocks and learn to correctly stitch straight lines, curves and points. A good handwork project to keep tucked away in your bag for those ‘waiting room’ occasions. This is truly for beginners, no experience required
Beginning Hand Embroidery $20

Do you need something to do on these steamy summer evenings? Pre-stamped embroidery blocks are perfect… other than the embroidery, most of the work is done for you. Learn basic embroidery stitches and how to prepare your blocks, we will also talk about what to do with your blocks when you are done. A true beginners class, no experience needed.

We hear you, “I have enough fabric to last five lifetimes”. Well, here is an awesome opportunity to USE IT UP!!! A quarterly event since January 2009, this is how it works. We create and teach a quilt that will use a combination of your stash and our fabrics. Often times we will challenge you with fabric choices just to shake it up a bit. This quarter’s project is a Whacky Square in a Square ... so start sorting your 4”-9” squares! Basic quilting experience and sewing machine required.
Liverpool Tunic Workshop $40
